    As the founder of OneWave, Grant Trebilco turned a simple idea into a global surf community raising awareness for mental health across 200+ beaches in over 50 countries.

    From launching Fluro Fridays to creating Free the Funk programs in schools and workplaces—impacting over 50,000 people—this lived experience is at the heart of everything we do.

    As the Founder of OneWave and a passionate mental health advocate, Grant Trebilco has inspired audiences around the world—presenting at global mental health conferences, delivering school programs to over 50,000 students, and speaking to crowds as big as 500 at leadership events.
